you sleep 7 to 8 hours, but by 10 a.m. you're tired again? after work, you have no energy for the rest of the day? your blood work looks normal. and the afternoon coffee costs you sleep, so the next day starts the same way?
anvone took a different path. anvone vitality was built around the research, not around a trend: 9 actives instead of 70, every dose on the label. 0 mg caffeine. 1 stick pack in the morning, 30 seconds, done.
here are 6 reasons anvone vitality is made for that afternoon:
1. strength that stays: 5 g creatine, the optimal daily dose*
most products for the afternoon slump leave out 1 of the best-studied ingredients there is: creatine. it helps your muscles make quick energy, and we all lose muscle as we age. women have even more reason to take it: they store 70 to 80% less creatine than men.
anvone vitality gives you a full 5 g of creatine, not a token amount. your muscles use it for quick energy, and we lose muscle as we age. 5 g a day, with some strength training, helps you stay strong.* all with 0 mg caffeine.
2. helps your body make energy, and supports immunity and skin*
caffeine hides tiredness. it does not fix the cause. your cells make energy from nutrients you have to give them.
you get 150 mg vitamin c, more than a full day's need. it helps your body make energy and helps you feel less tired.* it also supports your immune system and helps your skin make collagen.* add 120 mg hyaluronic acid, which helps your skin hold on to moisture.*
3. calm focus without caffeine: 150 mg l-theanine*
a 3 p.m. coffee helps for about an hour. then it can cost you sleep that night. what you want is focus without the jitters, and without the crash.
the 150 mg l-theanine in anvone vitality comes from green tea. it helps you stay relaxed and focused at the same time, with 0 mg caffeine.* it also supports good sleep, so your afternoon doesn't cost you your night.*
4. supports endurance and recovery: 3 g taurine*
sleep is only 1 part of energy. the other part is how well your body recovers, after workouts and after long days.
3 g taurine supports endurance and recovery, after a workout and after a long day.* together with creatine and vitamin c, it supports healthy aging.*
5. save over $100 a month
and not only that: if you buy the 9 ingredients one by one, you pay about $190 a month. that's 9 orders, 9 expiration dates, 9 tubs in the cabinet. and that 3rd coffee of the day adds up too, without fixing anything.
in the 3-month bundle, anvone vitality costs $198 instead of $297. that's $66 a month and $2.20 a day for all 9 ingredients together. 1 order, 1 price, 1 routine. compared with buying them one by one, you save over $100 a month, at the same amounts.
6. a routine that's easy to stick with: 30 seconds in the morning
a routine only works if you stick with it. 12 capsules 3 times a day? nobody keeps that up. and the 3 p.m. coffee is a quick fix, not a routine. it costs you sleep that night.
1 stick pack in 17 oz (500 ml) of water, a quick stir, done: 30 seconds. take it in the morning, before your day starts. the stick pack fits in any bag or carry-on. no measuring, no tub, no fridge. in an internal review, over 90% of our first subscribers took it more than 6 days a week.
