1. Who we are

This online store is run by anvone GmbH, Alsterufer 20, 20354 Hamburg, Germany ("anvone", "we", "us"). We are a German company. We have no US entity and no US address.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. US pre-launch: we do not ship to the US yet

This store is in a pre-launch test for US customers.

• Orders placed from the US are not shipped. We cancel each one.
• We refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method, normally within 1 business day of your order. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• If you chose a subscription, we cancel it with the order. No renewal is charged.
• If you ordered, you will hear from us first when US shipping opens.

Where these terms talk about shipping, delivery or returns, they apply only once US shipping is open. Details: Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Our product is for adults.

4. Products and health information

anvone vitality is a dietary supplement drink powder in stick packs, 30 per box. We also sell multi-box bundles.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Not for use by anyone under 18. Keep out of reach of children. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Individual results vary.

5. Prices and taxes

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order you have already placed. For subscriptions, see section 8.

During the pre-launch test we do not collect sales tax, duties or import fees, because no order is shipped.

If we find a pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders and payment

When you click the order button, you make an offer to buy. An order confirmation email only tells you we received your order. It does not mean we accepted it. We accept an order only when we ship it. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if the product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if it is a pre-launch US order (section 2). If we cancel, we refund everything you paid.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card number. Your payment method may be charged when you place the order. During the pre-launch test we refund it in full as described in section 2.

7. Money-back guarantee

Once US shipping is open, delivered orders come with a money-back guarantee: 30 days for single boxes and 2-box bundles, 60 days for the 3-box bundle, counted from the day you receive your order. See our Refund Policy.

8. Subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save")

• What you get: one box of the product you chose, every 4 weeks.
• Price: the subscription price shown on the product page and at checkout, in USD. The subscription discount applies to every delivery.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically every 4 weeks. We charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
• How to cancel: cancel online in your customer account at any time. You do not need to call or write to us. You can also email contact@anv.one and we will cancel it for you.
• When cancellation takes effect: cancel before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again.
• Confirmation: we email you a confirmation of your subscription with these terms and how to cancel, and another email when you cancel.
• Price changes: we email you before a price change applies to your subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.
• Pre-launch: subscriptions ordered from the US during the pre-launch test are cancelled with the order. No renewal is charged.

By choosing a subscription and completing checkout, you agree to these recurring charges.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

10. Using the site

Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to break it, scraping it, or using it to break the law. We may suspend access if you do.

11. Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, logos and design belong to anvone or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

12. Warranty and liability

Nothing in these terms takes away any warranty or right that the law of your state gives you and that cannot be waived. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is", we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

14. Governing law

German law governs these terms, to the extent the law of your state allows. Mandatory consumer protections of the state where you live are not affected, including any right to bring a claim in your home courts. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed an order applies to that order. For subscriptions, material changes apply only after we tell you by email and you have the chance to cancel.
