  • Approximate location: country, region or city derived from your IP address.

The information comes from you, from your device, and from the service providers listed in section 4. We do not ask for health information. Your order history shows that you bought a dietary supplement. We use it only for the purposes in section 3.

3. Why we use it

  • To take payments and prevent fraud.
  • To run your customer account and answer your questions.

5. Sharing for advertising, and your right to opt out

The Meta pixel and Conversions API send information about your visit and purchases (such as pages viewed, products added to cart, orders, and hashed email or phone) to Meta, so that we can show you our ads and measure them. Under state privacy laws this counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or "targeted advertising". We do not sell personal information for money.

You can opt out:

  • Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of our site.
  • Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of sharing and targeted advertising.
  • Email contact@anv.one.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

6. Cookies and similar tools

We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar tools for the purposes above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may then not work.

7. Your rights

Depending on the state you live in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas or Oregon), you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy;
  • delete personal information we collected from you;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of sharing, targeted advertising and sale (section 5);
  • not be treated differently for using these rights.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information.

To make a request, email contact@anv.one with "Privacy request" in the subject line, your name, email and state. We verify the request by matching your details to our records. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by 45 days if we tell you why. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of their authority. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with "Appeal" in the subject line. We decide on the appeal within 45 days. If you disagree with the result, you can contact your state attorney general.

California "Shine the Light": California residents may ask once a year which categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing. Email contact@anv.one.

8. How long we keep it

Order, invoice and payment records: as long as German tax and commercial law requires, up to 10 years. Account data: until you delete your account or ask us to. Analytics and advertising data: for the period set in each tool, and no longer than we need it for the purposes in section 3.

9. Transfer to Germany

We are based in Germany. If you use this site from the US, your personal information is sent to Germany and processed there and in the European Union. Our service providers may also process it in the US and other countries.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is fully secure.

11. Children

Our site and product are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.
