Refund Policy

Pre-launch: US orders are cancelled and refunded in full

We do not ship to the United States yet. This store is in a pre-launch test for US customers. If you place an order from the US during this time:

• We do not ship it. We cancel the order.
• We refund the full amount you paid, including any shipping, to your original payment method.
• We normally do this within 1 business day of your order. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
• If you chose a subscription, we cancel it with the order. No renewal is charged.
• If you ordered, you will hear from us first when US shipping opens.

You do not need to do anything. If you have not seen your refund after 10 business days, email us at contact@anv.one.

Money-back guarantee (once US shipping is open)

When US shipping opens, delivered orders come with a money-back guarantee:

• Single boxes and 2-box bundles: 30 days
• 3-box bundle: 60 days

The period starts on the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied, email contact@anv.one within that period with your name and order number. We refund to your original payment method. The full guarantee conditions will be published on this page when US shipping opens.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us at contact@anv.one and we will replace it or refund it.

Your other rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law of your state.
